30 Days, 30 Chances (to get this right)

So I’d like this blog to have more meaning than a place that I post cool stuff, and that I whine about my life. That’s what Facebook and Twitter or for. I’m sure I’ll still repost stuff anyways, and complain about seemingly nothing, but I don’t want that to be the focus. I need to make a concerted effort to A) not keep my emotions bottled up inside, and much more importantly B) try to keep myself positive. Maybe by rote, by forcing myself to be positive, I will be. I’ve always felt that writing is a great outlet for frustrations and sorrows, as well as joys and thoughts. Knowing me, I’ll just fall back into my old patterns. But I need to at least make the effort. My happiness depends on it. So to help kick-start things, I’m going to be doing a few of these Tumblr Challenges.

In addition, I’ll be trying to post a little blurb about my day. I’m sure there will be plenty of negative … but I’ll be sure to add at least one thing positive.

And no. I don’t expect anyone to read my blog. This is for me. But if you do, then thanks. Really.
